What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Maximum 0-1 year experienced
• Having strong internship experiences is preferable
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is must
• Passionate about working in Pharmaceutical Industry

Our Future Leaders will be selected and will be included in this distinguished program as of September 2023.

Management Trainees will work in various commercial departments (multiple rotations in and across functions) and will be expected to work through a rotational program that will accelerate their development and capability building in cross-functional teams.

Our Future Leaders Program will help develop your leadership skills and will challenge and support you to shape your career and grow professionally. You’ll be immersed in your chosen area, but also have so many opportunities to discover how other areas of our business work as well. You’ll benefit from formal training, dive into on-the-job experiences and have a dedicated senior mentor from the organization.
